On updating provisional administration personnel

In order to update the provisional administration personnel appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-403, dated 8 February 2016, to manage the Moscow-based credit institution Commercial Bank Alta-Bank (closed joint-stock company) or CB Alta-Bank CJSC, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-504, dated 12 February 2016):

to withdraw A.I. Perelygina from the provisional administration of the credit institution CB Alta-Bank CJSC from 15 February 2016;

to introduce O.P. Kuznetsova and D.V. Zhirnov to the provisional administration of the credit institution CB Alta-Bank CJSC from 15 February 2016.
