To update personnel of the provisional administration to manage the Moscow-based credit institution Joint-stock Commercial Bank NOSTA, joint-stock company, or JSC NST-Bank (the Orenburg Region, the town of Novotroitsk) appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3180, dated 16 November 2015, Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3559, dated 10 December 2015)
to withdraw Ye.N. Voronkova from the provisional administration to manage the credit institution Joint-stock Commercial Bank NOSTA, joint-stock company, from 11 December 2015.
