On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

By its Order No. OD-2712, dated 8 October 2015, the Bank of Russia took the decision to appoint from 8 October 2015 a provisional administration to Insurance Company Noviy Vek, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3745; location: 11 Stoleshnikov Pereulok, bldg. 11, office 3, Moscow, 107031; TIN 7705467615, PSRN 1027705013412; hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken following the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2456, dated 16 September 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Timofey Samatoev (mailing address: 3 Ostapovsky Proezd, bldg. 6, office 201, Moscow, 109316), member of the non-profit partnership Self-Regulatory Organisation of Receivers of the Central Federal District (3 Ostapovsky Proezd, bldg. 6, office 201,208, Moscow, 109316) has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
