On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

By its Order No. OD-2714, dated 8 October 2015, the Bank of Russia took the decision to appoint from 8 October 2015 a provisional administration to Insurance Company ZHIVA, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 0158; location: 14 Novy Arbat Street, bldg. 1, Moscow, 121069; TIN 7704789585, PSRN 1117746701270; hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken following the suspension of the Company’s insurance and reinsurance licences (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2393, dated 10 September 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Pavel Osipov (mailing address: 7 Tverskaya Street, P.O. Box 56, Moscow, 125009), member of the non-profit partnership Self-Regulatory Organisation of Independent Receivers DELO (P.O. Box 6, Moscow, 123317), has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
