On Bank of Russia decisions of 13 May 2014

On 13 May 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

1. To suspend the issue of series 06 and 07 non-convertible certified interest-bearing bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company RUSNANO subject to mandatory centralised custody placed through public subscription.

2. To register an additional issue and prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Severalmaz placed through public subscription.

3. To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Central Design Bureau of Automatics placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-03-00154-P-003D to this additional issue of securities.

6. To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company State Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering named after V.V. Bakhirev placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-55351-Е-006D to this additional issue of securities.

7. To consider the issues of series 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company Gazprom Neft abortive ones, to register the reports on the results of issue of series 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company Gazprom Neft, to cancel the state registration of the issues of series 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company Gazprom Neft, the state registration numbers of the issues are 4-17-00146-А, 4-18-00146-А, 4-19-00146-А, 4-20-00146-А, 4-21-00146-А, 4-22-00146-А and 4-23-00146-А.

8. To register changes to the decision on the additional issue and prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Aviaagregat placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-00402-E-001D.

9. To register changes to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Mordovia Mortgage Corporation placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-11252-Е-009D.
