On Bank of Russia decisions of 12 May 2014
On 12 May 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
1. To register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:

Raduga closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Brokercreditservice — Real Estate Funds Management LLC (the city of Novosibirsk) connected to the change of special depositary and the party conducting register of investment unit holders;
Pancastor closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Megapolis Asset Management LLC (the city of St. Petersburg).
2. To agree on the Code of Practice of Moscow-based broker CJSC M BANK.
3. To agree on the Code of Practice of Moscow-based broker RUSSIAN CREDIT BANK LLC.
4. To register amendments and addenda to the Rules of organisation and internal control of the Moscow-based limited liability company ProfExpert Management.
5. To re-issue documents confirming the availability of the licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds in accordance with the list:
Moscow-based Grand-Capital Management LLC due to a change in the place of location;
Moscow-based Centre for Investment Management due to a change in the place of location.
6. To register amendments and addenda to the Pension rules of the Lipetsk-based non-governmental pension fund Social Development.
7. To register amendments to the Charter of the Moscow-based inter-regional non-governmental pension fund AKVILON.
8. To register amendments and addenda to the Rules of conducting the register of investment unit holders of unit investment funds managed by the Moscow-based OJSC Joint Special Depositary.
