to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Obespecheniye — Russian Federal Nuclear Centre — All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Experimental Physics (RFNC-VNIIEF) (the Novgorod Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55278-E-003D;

to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company State Transport Leasing Company (the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-32432-H-003D;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue and the prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company IBS Russia Property Developers (the city of Saint Petersburg) placed through public subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-05428-D-001D;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Red Banner of Labour Scientific Research Institute of Physical Chemistry named after Lev Ya. Karpov (the Kaluga Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-15702-A-001D;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Penza Greenhouse Complex (the Penza Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-04423-E-001D.
