On termination of activity of provisional administration
Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the city of Moscow, dated 3 November 2015, with regard to case No. А40-168999/15 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Public joint-stock company Time Bank (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3120, date of registration — 10 October 1994) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3148, dated 12 November 2015) to terminate from 13 November 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Public joint-stock company Time Bank appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1724, dated 21 July 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Moscow-based Credit Institution Public Joint-stock Company Time Bank or PJSC Time Bank Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
