On termination of activity of provisional administration
Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the Chuvash Republic, dated 2 November 2015, with regard to case No. А79-8396/2015 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Commercial Bank Business-to-Business (limited liability company) (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1060, date of registration — 3 December 1990) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3152, dated 12 November 2015) to terminate from 13 November 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Business-to-Business (limited liability company) appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2271, dated 27 August 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Credit Institution Joint-stock Commercial Bank Business-to-Business (limited liability company) or CB BTB (LLC) (the town of Yadrin, the Chuvash Republic) Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
