On termination of activity of provisional administration
Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the city of Moscow dated 26 October 2015, with regard to case No. А40-151921/15 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Commercial Bank Gagarinsky (joint-stock company) (Bank of Russia Registration No. 606, date of registration — 26 October 1990) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3151, dated 12 November 2015) to terminate from 13 November 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Gagarinsky (joint-stock company) appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1550, dated 3 July 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Moscow-based Credit Institution Commercial Bank Gagarinsky (Joint-stock Company) or CB Gagarinsky (JSC) Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
