On updating provisional administration personnel

In order to update the provisional administration personnel appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2659, dated 6 October 2015, to manage the Moscow-based credit institution COMMERCIAL BANK INVESTTRUSTBANK (JOINT-STOCK COMPANY) or BANK ITB (JSC), the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3149, dated 12 November 2015) to withdraw N. G. Pytel from the provisional administration of the credit institution COMMERCIAL BANK INVESTTRUSTBANK (JOINT-STOCK COMPANY) from 13 November 2015.
