On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

By its Order No. OD-2074, dated 12 August 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to the insurance company Financial Insurance Company Slavyanka, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3682; location: 12A Furshtatskaya Street, office 1N, Saint Petersburg, 191028; TIN 5010026504; PSRN 1025001414503, hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1759, dated 23 July 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Andrey Valitov (mailing address: P.O. Box 63, Saint Petersburg, the town of Pushkin, 196607), member of the non-profit partnership Leading Receivers Dostoyanie (7 Konstitutsii Square, office 417, Saint Petersburg, 196191), has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
