On appointing provisional administration
In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 18926 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the St. Petersburg-based credit institution Construction-Commercial Bank, closed joint-stock company, (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3050, date of registration — 10 August 1994) (Order No. OD-1041, dated 13 May 2015) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1042, dated 13 May 2015) to appoint from 13 May 2015 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution Construction-Commercial Bank, closed joint-stock company, for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.
Kira A. Leushkina, head of the credit institutions supervision section No. 1 of the banking supervision division of the North-Western Main Branch of the Bank of Russia, has been appointed as head of the provisional administration to manage the credit institution Construction-Commercial Bank, closed joint-stock company.
