On the appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 17 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution Navigator Bank, an open joint-stock company (OJSC Navigator Bank) (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2469, date of registration — 24 August 1993) (Order No. OD-997 of 13 May 2014), the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-998 of 13 May 2014) to appoint from 13 May 2014 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution Navigator Bank, an open joint-stock company, for a term until the arbitration court ruling on the recognition of bankruptcy and starting bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ or until the arbitration court ruling on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Timkin, Alexey Yevgenyevich, a senior economist of the section for operations with liquidated credit institutions of the Supervisory Division of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Central Federal District, has been appointed as head of the provisional administration to manage the credit institution Navigator Bank, an open joint-stock company.

The provisional administration to manage Navigator Bank also includes L.Ye. Zubkova, L.N. Pshenichny, A.S. Blagodirov, Ye.S. Polonetsky, P.A. Shulbayev, M.G. Suisky, N.N. Akimova, K.A. Leushkina, K.R. Koitemirov, L.G. Skiblo, S.I. Presnyakova, O.A. Parkhomenko, A.G. Veroyants, I.A. Merkulova, O.N. Pigalina, Ye.N. Zinina, A.O. Pugach, T.V. Ledneva, O.Yu. Shikhaliyeva, N.V.
