On revocation of banking licence

Due to the non-compliance by the Moscow-based credit institution OCEAN BANK, joint-stock company, or OCEAN BANK JSC with federal banking laws and Bank of Russia regulations, repeated violations within a year of the requirements of Bank of Russia regulations issued in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On Countering the Legalisation (Laundering) of Criminally Obtained Incomes and the Financing of Terrorism’, considering repeated application within a year of measures stipulated by the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’, guided by Article 19, Clause 6 and 6¹ of Part 1 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’ and Part eleven of Article 74 of the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1214, dated 13 April 2016) to revoke the banking licence from the credit institution OCEAN BANK, joint-stock company, (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1697, date of registration — 5 February 1992) from 13 April 2016.
