On setting credit ratings in line with Bank of Russia Regulation No. 415‑P, dated 18 February 2014, and Bank of Russia Instruction No. 135‑I, dated 2 April 2010

The Bank of Russia Board of Directors set the following credit ratings:

to apply paragraph 7 of sub-clause 5.1.1 of Clause 5.1, paragraph 1 of Clause 5.2, paragraph 1 of Clause 6.2, paragraph 6 of Clause 10.5 of Bank of Russia Regulation No. 415-P, dated 18 February 2014, ‘On the Procedure and Criteria for Assessing Financial Standing of Corporate Founders (Participants) of a Credit Institution and Legal Entities Performing Transactions to Purchase Shares (Stakes) in a Credit Institution and (or) to Control the Shareholders (Participants) of a Credit Institution’ (hereinafter, Regulation No. 415-P);

to apply paragraph 2 of Clause 17.7 of Bank of Russia Instruction No. 135-I, dated 2 April 2010, ‘On the Procedure for the Bank of Russia to Make Decisions on the State Registration and Licensing of Credit Institutions’ (hereinafter, Instruction No. 135 —I), to identify banks at which credit institutions, when creating authorised capital, may open accounts (used opened accounts) to deposit foreign currency earnings received from the buyers of credit institutions’ shares (stakes).
