On issuing and reissuing licences of insurance agents

On 31 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to issue a licence to carry out the following types of insurance: voluntary personal insurance, excluding voluntary life insurance; voluntary property insurance; obligatory public life and health insurance of servicemen, citizen convoked for military training, privates and commanders of the internal affairs agencies of the Russian Federation, public fire service, drug and psychotropic control agencies, employees of institutions and bodies of the penal system; obligatory liability insurance of the owner of a hazardous facility against damage resulting from an emergency situation in the hazardous facility to the JOINT-STOCK COMPANY CRIMEAN INSURANCE ALLIANCE;

to issue a licence to perform mediation activity as an insurance broker to INSURANCE BROKER GARANTIYA S, limited liability company;

to reissue alicence to perform mediation activity as an insurance broker to Kolmont Rus — Insurance Brokers, limited liability company, due to a change of location;

to replace forms of licences by types of insurance of Derzhava Insurance Company, limited liability company;

to replace forms of licences by types of insurance of British Insurance House, limited liability company.
