Pursuant to the requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation Main Branch for the Central Federal District communicates on the procedure of reorganisation of the public joint-stock company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank ENISEY through acquisition of Commercial Bank H-BANK, limited liability company, and the public joint-stock company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Baltica.
