On cancelling licence of management company

On 11 November 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licence No. 21-000-1-00661, dated 17 September 2009, to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds issued by the Federal Financial Markets Service to MontesAuri Asset Management Company, limited liability company (hereinafter, the Company), due to the repeated violations of the Russian Federation legislation on investment funds.

Repeatedly within a year the Company failed to comply with Bank of Russia instructions, violated the timeframes for submitting statements stipulated by federal laws and regulations enacted in pursuance thereof for more than 15 business days, failed to comply with information disclosure requirements stipulated by federal laws and regulations enacted in pursuance thereof, when conducting licence-based activity to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds.
