On cancelling licence of management company

Due to the repeated violations of Russian investment fund legislation the Bank of Russia on 11 November 2015 took a decision to cancel licence No. 21-000-1-00846 of 1 December 2011 issued by the FSFM of Russia to the closed joint-stock company StroiCapital management company.

The company has repeatedly within a year failed to comply with the Bank of Russia instruction while exercising its licensed activity to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and pension funds.
