On cancellation of qualification certificates

Due to the repeated gross violations of the requirements of securities legislation of the Russian Federation, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the following qualification certificates:

— series AA qualification certificate No. 028057, dated 5 December 2002, of qualification corresponding to the position of a head or a controller or a specialist of an organisation conducting broker and/or dealer activity issued to the controller of the open joint-stock company INVESTMENT INTERREGIONAL FUEL AND ENERGY COMPANY Tatiana Ye. Savinova;

— series AI-001 qualification certificate No. 009461, dated 28 July 2011, of financial market specialist in broker and dealer activity and securities management issued to the controller of CJSC Portfolio Investment Company Ekaterina K. Misyureva.
