On securities issue

On 11 August 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Zolotoy Vek placed through allocation of shares;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Republican Investment Company (Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-32640-F-003D;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Red Wings placed through private subscription;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Research and Production Corporation Istok named after A.I. Shokin (the Moscow Region) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-15713-А-001D;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Meleuz Mineral Fertilizers (the Republic of Bashkortostan) placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-02399-Е-001D to the additional issue of securities.
