Updates on banks having the right to open escrow accounts for settlements under equity construction contracts

In accordance with Part 3 Article 15⁵ of Federal Law No. 214-FZ, dated 30 December 2004 and following RF Government Resolution No. 740, dated 24 June 2017 becoming effective on 11 July 2017, the section Credit Institutions of the Bank of Russia website has been updated to show information on banks having the right to open escrow accounts for settlements under equity construction contracts starting from 11 July 2017.
