On Bank of Russia decisions of 7 May 2014

On 7 May 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

1. To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Tovarnye Znaki placed by way of exchange for equities of the entity to be set up as a result of rerganisation of shares in the authorised capital of the participants in the reorganised limited liability company, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-80156-N.

2. To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Ulyanovsk Plant of Building Materials placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-04784-Р-002D.

3. To resume the issue and register the report on the results of an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Zaramagskiye GES placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-32047-Е-004D.

4. To resume the issue and register the report on the results of an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company KZSK-Silicon placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-57288-D-002D.

5. To resume the issue and registerthe report on the results of an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Terna Polymer placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-50189-Н-002D.

6. To resume the issue and register the report on the results of an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Murom Radio Metering Devices Plant placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-07943-А-001D of 6 December 2012.

7. To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Kama Industrial Park Master placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-56708-D-005D to this additional issue of shares.

8. To register the report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company RT Mobile placed by way of acquiring the shares of the newly established entity used to be a part of the joint-stock company in the wake of its reorganisation by the joint-stock company itself, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-80158-N.

9. To register the report on the results of an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Samaraagroprompererabotka placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-07449-Р-001D.

10. To register the report on the results of an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Centre of Technology Transfer of Omega Construction Complex of the Krasnodar Territory placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-42023-Е-011D.

11. To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Regional Agro-Industrial Holding placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-04644-Е-003D to this additional issue of shares.

12. To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Wagon Repair Company — 1 placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-55480-Е-001D to this additional issue of shares.

13. To register the additional issues of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Moscow Efes Brewery placed through conversion in the course of the merger of the closed joint-stock company Knyaz Ryurik and the closed joint-stock company Solodovnya Mutena.

To assign state registration numbers 1-01-00217-Н-005D and 1-01-00217-Н-006D to these additional issues of shares.

14. To register the report on the results of an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Rostovaeroinvest placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-35513-Е-001D.

In view of the failure to place any share to consider this additional issue as an abortive one and to cancel its state registration.
