On securities issue

On 10 November 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to refuse state registration of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-governmental pension fund Tikhiy Don (the Rostov Region) placed through distribution;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Machine-Building-Industrial Group Concern Tractor Plants (the Chuvash Republic) placed through private subscription;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company SOGAZ Tower (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue 1-01-46241-H-002D;

to resume the issue and to register the report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-governmental pension fund of metal workers (the city of Moscow) placed through distribution, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50178-A;

to resume the issue and to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Sakhatransneftegas (the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-65075-D-008D;

to resume the issue and to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company ELVEES NEOTEK (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-75601-H-003D;

to register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Svetoch (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-83549-H-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Special Economic Zones (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-11350-A-010D.
