On appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 17 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Ufa-based credit institution open joint-stock company Payment Service Bank or OJSC Bank PSB (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1943, date of registration — 26 June 1992) (Order No. OD-3160 dated 11 November 2014) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3161 dated 11 November 2014) to appoint from 11 November 2014 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution open joint-stock company Payment Service Bank for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Rinat T. Galimov, head of the banking supervision sector No. 1 of the banking supervision section of the Division National Bank of the Republic of Bashkortostan, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Payment Service Bank.

The provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Payment Service Bank also includes: A.A. Shulga, A.T. Mirzayanova, A.R. Gabdullin, Ye.I. Koryakin, A.Ye. Gorbachev, A.R. Urmancheev, N.V. Kvashonkina, L.V. Pyazhieva, S.A. Kravchenko, Ye.A. Kharitonchuk, S.P. Singatullina, M.M. Vinogradova, Ye.A. Stepanova, S.A. Sokolov, M.M. Neudakhin, P.I. Tsikh.
