On release of Bank of Russia Bulletin

Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 77 (1673) of 11 September 2015 has been released.

The Bulletin publishes the following Bank of Russia Orders:

No. OD-2371, dated 8 September 2015, on cancelling the banking licence of the credit institution Bank Smolevich (PJSC) (the Smolensk Region, the city of Roslavl);

No. OD-2372, dated 8 September 2015, on appointing a provisional administration of the credit institution Bank Smolevich (PJSC) (the Smolensk Region, the city of Roslavl) due to the cancellation of its banking licence;

No. OD-2373, dated 8 September 2015, on cancelling the banking licence of the credit institution CB Profit Bank, LLC (the city of Moscow);

No. OD-2374, dated 8 September 2015, on appointing a provisional administration of the credit institution CB Profit Bank, LLC (the city of Moscow) due to the cancellation of its banking licence.

Bank of Russia Regulation No. 477-P, dated 5 July 2015, ‘On the Requirements to the Procedure for Certain Actions Following the Acquisition of Over 30% Stock in a Joint-Stock Company and On the Implementation of State Control Over Acquisition of Shares in a Joint-Stock Company’ (becomes effective 10 days after its official publication in the Bank of Russia Bulletin);

Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3754-U, dated 7 August 2015, ‘On Submitting by Trade Organisers and Clearing Institutions to the Federal Financial Monitoring Service Information Envisaged by the Federal Law ‘On Countering Legalisation (Laundering) of Criminally Obtained Incomes and the Financing of Terrorism’ (becomes effective 10 days after its official publication in the Bank of Russia Bulletin).
