On reorganisation of non-governmental pension funds

On 10 September 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions:

to agree on the reorganisation of the non-governmental pension fund New Century through the establishment of a non-profit pension fund with its simultaneous conversion into the joint-stock company non-governmental pension fund New Century OPS; to take a decision on the state registration of the joint-stock company non-governmental pension fund New Century OPS; to issue a licence to the joint-stock company non-governmental pension fund New Century OPS to carry out pension provision and retirement insurance and to register pension rules and insurance rules of the joint-stock company non-governmental pension fund New Century OPS;

to agree on the reorganisation of the Regional non-governmental pension fund Siberian Savings through its conversion into the Regional non-governmental pension fund Siberian Savings (joint-stock company) and to reissue a document which confirms the licence to carry out pension provision and retirement insurance of the Regional non-governmental pension fund Siberian Savings (joint-stock company).
