On Bank of Russia decisions of 7 August 2014

On 7 August 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Otkritie Holding placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-14406-А-003D.

To resume the issue, to register the issue and the prospectus of non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage-backed bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Mortgage Agent Moskovskiy placed through public subscription.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company State Scientific Center — Research Institute of Atomic Reactors (SSC RIAR) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55411-Е-005D.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Ufa Engine Industrial Association placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-30132-D-006D.

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares or the open joint-stock company Olymp placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-06746-А-008D to the additional issue of securities.

To register amendments to the decision on the additional issue and a prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Scientific and Production Corporation IRKUT placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-03-00040-A-004D.

To register amendments to the decision on the additional issue and a prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Voronezh Aircraft Joint-Stock Company placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-40243-А-002D.
