On appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 17 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution open joint-stock company Commercial Bank Consumer Finance Company or OJSC CB CFC (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3385, date of registration — 5 November 2001) (Order No. OD-1730 of 11 July 2014) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1731 of 11 July 2014) to appoint from 11 July 2014 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution open joint-stock company Commercial Bank Consumer Finance Company for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Galina A. Aleksentseva, deputy head of credit institution activity complaint section of the Supervisory Activity Department of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Central Federal District, has been appointed as head of the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Commercial Bank Consumer Finance Company.

The provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Commercial Bank Consumer Finance Company also includes: V.P. Kuznetsov, R.F. Kirilina, G.A. Shabanov, Ye.N. Pyrsenkova, A.G. Stepin, Zh.V. Timokhina, S.Ye. Zuevskaya, M.M. Vinogradova, O.A. Chekalina, A.M. Demidov, O.V. Matveev, T.N. Abakumova, R.Z. Sharipov, A.V. Vasiliev, A.I. Krasnobelmov.
