On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

The Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to the insurance company Society of Life Insurance Rossia, limited liability company, (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents — 3979, address of location: 12 Bolshaya Gruzinskaya St., bldg. 2, Moscow 123242, ITN 7717508312, PSRN 1047796263283).

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the Society’s inability to execute solvency recovery plan in accordance with Subclause 3 of Clause 1 of Article 183.5 of Federal Law No. 127-FZ, dated 26 October 2002, ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ and Clause 34 of the Procedure for the insurance supervision authority to exercise control over the execution of the plan for recovery of solvency of the insurance company and conducting on-site audit of the activity of the insurance company, approved by Order No. 8n of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, dated 2 February 2011.

The powers of the Society’s executive bodies are suspended.
