On termination by state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency of its functions of provisional administration

Due to the application of the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency for the early termination of its functions of the provisional administration of the joint-stock company VUZ Bank (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1557, date of registration — 5 September 1991) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-444, dated 9 February 2016) to terminate from 11 February 2016 the functions of the provisional administration of the joint-stock company VUZ Bank the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency performs under Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2080, dated 12 August 2015, ‘On Appointing the State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency to Perform the Functions of the Provisional Administration of the Yekaterinburg-based Joint-stock Company VUZ Bank or VUZ Bank JSC’.
