On termination of activity of provisional administration
Following the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the city of Moscow, dated 11 December 2015, on case No. А40-208873/15-86-189B on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY COMMERCIAL BANK EUROCOMMERZ (Bank of Russia registration No. 1777, date of registration is 20 April 1992) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia decided (Order No. OD-3831, dated 30 December 2015) to terminate from 31 December 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY COMMERCIAL BANK EUROCOMMERZ, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2890, dated 23 October 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-Based Credit Institution ПУБЛИЧНОЕ PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY COMMERCIAL BANK EUROCOMMERZ or PJSC CB EUROCOMMERZ Due to the Revocation of Its banking Licence’.
