On appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 189²⁶ of the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution Non-Bank Credit Institution Tor Credit, limited liability company, or NCI Tor Credit LLC (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3497-D, date of registration — 15 June 2009) (Order No. OD-3103, dated 10 November 2015) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. 3104, dated 10 November 2015) to appoint from 10 November 2015 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution Non-Bank Credit Institution Tor Credit, limited liability company, for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Irina V. Luzhenkova, chief economist of reception and processing of supervisory reporting sector No. 2, reception and processing of reporting section, Division 3 Moscow, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution Non-Bank Credit Institution Tor Credit, limited liability company.

The provisional administration of the credit institution Non-Bank Credit Institution Tor Credit, limited liability company, also includes: I.M. Ivanov, A.B. Krasnobayev.
