On cancelling licences of professional securities market participant

On 7 September 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences of a professional securities market participant due to the requests of the following entities:

CFI (LLC) (TIN 7708680162), to carry out broker activity (licence No. 077-12779-100000, dated 22 December 2009), dealer activity (licence No. 077-12785-010000, dated 22 December 2009) and securities management (licence No. 077-12790-001000, dated 22 December 2010);

OJSC OTKRITIE Broker (TIN 7710170659), to carry out securities management (licence No. 077-06102-100000, dated 28 June 2002);

CJSC ABSOLUTE FINANCE (TIN 7726301434), to carry out broker activity (licence No. 077-10252-100000, dated 7 June 2007).
