On dispensing from duty to disclose information

On 10 August 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to dispense the open joint-stock company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank AltayBiznes-Bank (hereinafter, the Company) from the duty to disclose information pursuant to Article 30 of the Federal Law No. 39-FZ, dated 22 April 1996, ‘On the Securities Market’.

The Bank of Russia decision on dispensing the Company from the duty to disclose information pursuant to Article 30 of the Federal Law No. 39-FZ, dated 22 April 1996, ‘On the Securities Market’ becomes effective the day the trade name of the Company without indication of its public status is included in the unified state register of legal entities.
