On Bank of Russia decisions of 8 July 2014

On 8 July 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To refuse state registration of reports on the results of the issue of series 03 and 04 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company EPK placed through public subscription, the state registration numbers of issues are 4-03-06363-А and 4-04-06363-А.

Due to the non-placement of any security, to recognise the said issues as abortive and to cancel their state registration.

To register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Scientific Research Institute of Electronic Technology placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-15231-А-001D.

To register amendments to the decision on the issue and the prospectus of series 06, 07 and 08 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company Acron placed through public subscription, the state registration numbers of the issues are 4-07-00207-А, dated 5 June 2012, 4-08-00207-А, dated 5 June 2012, and 4-09-00207-А, dated 5 June 2012.

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Scientific and Production Association Optica placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-14999-А-002D to the additional issue of securities.

To register a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund BLAGOSOSTOYANIE OPS placed through the purchase of shares of the reorganised non-profit organisation Non-State Pension Fund BLAGOSOSTOYANIE, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50168-А.
