On 9 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company United Ship-building Corporation placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-55331-Е-009D to the additional issue of securities;

To resume issue and register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company EuroChem-North-West placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-05463-D-001D to the additional issue of securities;

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Penza Greenhouse Plant placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-04423-Е-001D to the additional issue of securities;

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Norilsk Avia placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-30289-N-001D;

To register reports on the results of the issue of classes A, B non-convertible interest bearing certified housing mortgage bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company DVITS-1 Mortgage Agent placed through private subscription, the state registration numbers of the issues are 4-02-81676-H and 4-01-81676-H;

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company North-West Phosphorus Company placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-57427-Н-002D;

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company NPK Chimpromengineering placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-13062-А-006D;

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Territorial Generating Company #2 placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-10420-А-016D, dated 1 March 2012;

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Linde Gas Rus placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-00874-А-010D.
