On updating provisional administration personnel

In order to update the provisional administration personnel of the Moscow-based credit institution Commercial Bank INTERCOMMERZ, Limited Liability Company, or CB INTERCOMMERZ LLC appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-268, dated 29 January 2016, the Bank of Russia decided (Order No. OD-796, dated 9 March 2016):

to withdraw E.Yu. Rokotianskaya from the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank INTERCOMMERZ, Limited Liability Company, from 10 March 2016.
