On release of Bank of Russia Bulletin

Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 99–100 (1695–1696) of 9 November 2015 has been released.

Bank of Russia Regulation No. 491-P, dated 4 September 2015, ‘Sectoral Standard for Accounting in Insurance Companies and Mutual Insurance Companies Located in the Russian Federation’ (becomes effective from 1 January 2017);

Bank of Russia Regulation No. 492-P, dated 22 September 2015, ‘Sectoral Standard for Accounting Fixed Assets, Intangibles, Investment Assets, Long-term Assets Held for Sale, Inventories, Means of Labour with Undetermined Designation Received under Agreements on Break-up Compensation or Pledge Agreements, and Assets and/or Usable Remains Thereof Received Following Insurer’s (Beneficiary’s) Waiver of the Ownership of Insured Property in Non-bank Financial Institutions’ (becomes effective from 1 January 2017; shall be applied by microfinance organisations, consumer credit cooperatives and housing savings cooperatives from 1 January 2018, by agricultural consumer credit cooperatives and pawnshops from 1 January 2019);

Bank of Russia Regulation No. 493-P, dated 1 October 2015, ‘Sectoral Standard for Accounting Operations to Withdraw (Place) Funds under Loan Agreements and Bank Account Agreements in Non-bank Financial Institutions’ (becomes effective from 1 January 2017; shall be applied by microfinance organisations, consumer credit cooperatives and housing savings cooperatives from 1 January 2018, by agricultural consumer credit cooperatives and pawnshops from 1 January 2019).
