On 6 October 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:

First Family Fund, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company Business and Investments Management Company;

Second Family Fund, closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company Business and Investments Management Company;

Infrastructure, closed-end direct investments unit investment fund managed by AkademKapital holding company, limited liability company;

Capital Development, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Aurum Investment, limited liability company;

PNK Development, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by BrokerCreditService Real Estate Funds, limited liability company;

Alliance, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Maximum, limited liability company;

First Capital, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Center Capital Management Company, limited liability company;

Technopolis GS, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by GS Capital Management Company, limited liability company;

Spectrum Group, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by BrokerCreditService Real Estate Funds, limited liability company;

to register the rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:

Fund of Engineering Technologies, closed-end venture unit investment fund managed by April Investments, limited liability company;

Dolgosrochny, closed-end long term direct investment unit investment fund managed by April Investments, limited liability company;

Aurora, closed-end mixed investments unit investment fund managed by the joint-stock company United Financial Group INVEST.
