On securities issue

On 8 October 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend the issue of non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of Water Supply Concessions, limited liability company (the Volgograd Region) placed through public transcription;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Remvooruszhenie (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-13597-А-003D;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Vympel State Engineering Design Bureau named after I.I. Toropov (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55099-Е-005D;

to register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Scientific and Production Association Impulse (the city of Saint Petersburg) placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-05332-D-003D, to the additional issue of securities;

to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company DIXY Yug (the Moscow Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-30264-Н-021D;

to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Siberian Chemical Plant (the Tomsk Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55409-Е-008D,

to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Luchegorsk Coal Pit (the Primorye Territory) placed through acquisition of shares by the established joint-stock company itself during reorganization through acquisition.
