On securities issue

On 8 September 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions:

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company AEM-Technology Engineering Company (the city of Saint-Petersburg) placed through private subscription;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Scientific Production Enterprise Salyut (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription;

to assign state registration number 1-01-13953-А-004D to the additional issue of securities;

to register amendments in a decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Investment Promotion Agency of Novosibirsk Region (the Novosibirsk Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-12035-F-007D.
