In compliance with requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, the Moscow-based Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the Central Federal District informs on the procedure of reorganisation through transformation of the Limited liability company COMMERCIAL BANK TRADE FINANCE BANK into the Closed joint-stock company COMMERCIAL BANK TRADE FINANCE BANK.
