On reorganisation through merger

Pursuant to the requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, the Bank of Russia notifies on the initiation of the procedure to reorganise the Moscow-based Public Joint-stock Company BANK URALSIB, PJSC BANK URALSIB (Registration No. 2275) through merger with the Ufa-based Public Joint-stock Company Bashkir Industrial Bank, PJSC Bashprombank (Registration No. 1006) and the Saint Petersburg-based Public Joint-stock Company Baltic Financial Agency Bank, PJSC BFA BANK (Registration No. 3038).
