On 4 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to recognise invalid the issue of series BO-01 non-convertible interest bearing certified exchange-traded bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company Koks, the identification number is 4В02-01-10799-F, dated 17 December 2009;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company State Scientific Center — Research Institute of Atomic Reactors placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55411-Е-006D;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company EVRAZ Nizhny Tagil Metallurgical Plant placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-00099-А-003D;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company S.I. Vavilov State Optical Institute placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-04277-D-001D;

to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Research Institute for Automated Apparatus named after Academician V.S. Semenikhin placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-14896-А-002D;

to register issues of class A, B and C non-convertible interest bearing certified housing mortgage-backed bearer bonds placed through private subscription, and a prospectus of class A and B non-convertible interest bearing certified housing mortgage-backed bearer bonds of Mortgage Agent SB-2014, limited liability company,

to assign state registration numbers 4-01-36459-R, 4-02-36459-R and 4-03-36459-R to the issues of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Zlatoust Machine Building Plant placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-33342-D-005D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company AFROMET placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-15912-А-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Russian Aircraft Corporation MiG placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-02-55393-Е-002D to the additional issue of securities;

to register a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Alcoa Metallurg Rus placed through conversion of shares into shares of the same category (type) with lower par value, the state registration number of issue is 1-02-65014-К;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Western High-Speed Diameter placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-00350-D-007D;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Corporation Moscow Institute of Thermal Technology placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-14414-А-005D;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Tupolev placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-04640-А-003D.
