On cancelling qualification certificate
On 7 October 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel series АA qualification certificate No. 021758 of qualification corresponding to the position of a head, or a controller, or a specialist of an organisation which performs securities management and/or of companies which manage investment funds, unit investment funds and other forms of collective investments issued to Irina V. Orlova.
The reason to cancel the certificate was the repeated violations of Russian investment fund legislation by Irina V. Orlova, who acted as the sole executive body of the MCKM Management Company, limited liability company (hereinafter, the management company), when the management company repeatedly violated Russian investment fund legislation which resulted in the cancellation by the Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1384, dated 18 June 2015, of licence No.
