On holding tender to select audit firm to audit Bank of Russia annual financial statements
Pursuant to Article 13 of the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’, the National Financial Board holds a public tender to select an audit firm to audit the Bank of Russia annual financial statements for 2014 among member-firms of a self-regulatory audit association (hereinafter, the tender).
In order to arrange and hold the tender, the National Financial Board has approved a Procedure for holding a tender to select an audit firm to audit the Bank of Russia annual financial statements (hereinafter, the Procedure) (Annex) and appointed a Tender Committee to select an audit firm to audit the Bank of Russia annual financial statements for 2014.
The tender is aimed at selecting an audit firm to audit the Bank of Russia annual financial statements for 2014.
The auditor’s report on the Bank of Russia annual financial statements is to be presented at least on 30 April 2015.
The materials on the recommendations of the National Financial Board are to be provided at least on the 22nd business day after the auditor’s report is signed.
The initial (maximum) contract price, excluding VAT and possible overhead costs, amounts to 10 million rubles.
The Tender Committee accepts bids from audit firms in the written form stipulated in Annex 1 to the Procedure till 7 November 2014 inclusive.
Audit firms not having submitted their bids at the stated time are not allowed to tender.
Bids are to be sent to 12 Neglinnaya Street, Moscow, 107016, Document Processing Division of the Bank of Russia Administrative Department (marked ‘To the Tender Committee of the National Financial Board for selecting an audit firm to audit the Bank of Russia annual financial statements for 2014’).
Correspondence delivered by courier is received at 3 Sandunovsky Lane, Moscow, from 9 am to 5:30 pm and to 4:15 pm on Friday (break from noon to 1 pm).
On Friday, 7 November 2014 — from 9 am to 6 pm.
Correspondence delivered by courier is not received on weekends and public holidays.
