On Bank of Russia decisions of 3 July 2014

On 3 July 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

1.To register amendments and addenda to the pension rules of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Private Pension Fund Nasledie.

2. To register amendments to the charter of the Moscow-based Non-State Pension Fund Sberegatelny.

3.To register amendments and addenda to the rules of keeping the register of investment unit holders of unit investment funds of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Specialised Depositary Centre.

4.To register amendments and addenda to the rules of keeping the register of investment unit holders of unit investment funds of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Ircol.

5.To agree on amendments and addenda to the code of professional conduct of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Private Pension Fund Nasledie performing obligatory pension insurance as an insurer.

6.To agree on amendments and addenda to the code of professional conduct of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Analytical Centre Management Company performing accumulating and investment of pension savings.

7.To agree on internal rules of performing operations with pension savings of the Saint Petersburg-based TKB BNP Paribas Investment Partners.

8.To register amendments and addenda to the insurance rules of the Lipetsk-based Non-Governmental Pension Fund Social Development performing obligatory pension insurance.

9.To register amendments and addenda to the rules of organisation and internal controls of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Private Pension Fund Nasledie.

10.To register amendments and addenda to the rules of organisation and internal controls of the Lipetsk-based Non-Governmental Pension Fund Social Development.

11.To re-issue documental confirmation of the licence of the Moscow-based Industrial Non-Governmental Pension Fund to carry out pension provision and pension insurance as non-governmental pension fund.

12.To re-issue documental confirmation of the licence of the Moscow-based Land Capital, limited liability company, to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds.

13.To re-issue documental confirmation of the licence of the Moscow-based Interregional Depository Company, limited liability company, to act as specialised depository of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds.

14.To re-issue documental confirmation of the licence of the Moscow-based VIALDI Management Company, limited liability company, to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds.
