Pursuant to the requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, the Moscow-based Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the Central Federal District informs on the procedure of reorganisation through merger of the OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK METALLURGICAL INVESTMENT BANK and the closed joint-stock company Bolshaya Polyanka.
